VENDOR AGREEMENT

‘CRANK BINGO’ & ‘VENDOR’ Agree: I agree to always conduct my brand (‘Vendor’) in a professional manner. I understand that my CRANK BINGO Vendor Station must be Clean, Presentable & a representation of CRANK BINGO & its standards. (Please get creative with your booth appearance & interactions.)

I agree to remain in compliance with general practices and industry standards. I understand that I must be set up on time, stay for the entire duration of the event and break down in time or I will incur a $100 Fee.

I agree that neither party ‘Vendor’ nor CRANK BINGO or PIEG will be held liable except for damages caused by gross negligence or misconduct. Neither party will be liable for any incidentals, damages, theft, profit loss etc.

I agree that neither party can share brand operations or confidentially discussed information with other parties

I agree to allow PlEG & CRANK BINGO image usage and marketing collateral of my brand.

I agree to promote my brand & CRANK BINGO on social and brand platforms.

*I understand that there are NO REFUNDS & the event will take place unless otherwise stated.
